Who we are:

Our business and our website are operated by Dunitz & Company Limited.

Who we share your personal information with:

For the purpose of conducting our business, and with your consent, we may share your information with our other clients or customers, as relevant.

We will share personal information with law enforcement or other authorities if required by applicable law, and with our professional advisors, including solicitors.

In order to conduct anti-money laundering checks (which we are required to run by law and industry regulation) and any other company checks that we legitimately require before conducting business with you, we will share your personal information with our solicitors and other professional advisors and with the external agencies that conduct these types of checks.

Transfer of your information out of the UK and EEA:

The UK and other countries may have differing data protection laws, some of which may provide lower levels of protection of privacy.

It is sometimes necessary for us to transfer your personal data to countries outside the UK, where we have an obligation to run anti-money laundering checks and/or company data checks in the country in which you reside, or your company is based. Keeping your personal information secure:

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way.
